Lifelong Michigan resident currently residing in the Township of White Lake.
Education:
Pontiac Public Schools – Webster Elementary, Washington Junior High, and Pontiac Central High School, graduating in 1965.
Graduated from Western Michigan University in 1969.
Graduated from the Detroit College of Law in December 1974 (class of 75).
Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan on April 16, 1975.
Admitted to the Federal Bar on September 11, 1980.
Practice:
My original practice was a general practice of law with an emphasis in divorce, family law and probate being the main concentrations. For the last 25 years the primary concentration has been in the area of probate and trust administration.
I have been an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association Probate Section having served 2 terms as Chairman. I have had extensive training and completed the necessary course work through the Michigan Bar for both Probate Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation training. I am now working almost exclusively as Probate Mediator for Oakland County Judges and Attorneys.
